Who we are

The Stature Group is an executive presence and personal branding practice at 215, Gold City, Palm Beach Road, Sector 19 D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400703, India.

What we collect

We collect what you give us, and what your browser sends when you use the site.

• Enquiry form (Contact page): your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
• Self-check assessments: your full name, email address, your answers, the result we calculate, whether you agreed to store your answers, and whether the result email was delivered.
• Peer feedback, only if you choose to invite someone: the answers the person you invite gives about you. They are asked for their own consent first, and their answers are kept separate from yours.
• Website usage: the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location (from your IP address) and how you interact with a page. See Cookies and analytics below.
• Server records: like every website, our server logs technical details of each request, such as IP address, time, page and browser. We also keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, to limit abuse of the forms.
• Administration accounts: only our own staff sign in to the administration area of the site.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• reply to your enquiry;
• calculate your self-check result, show it to you and, only if you ask for it, email it to you;
• understand how the site is used so we can improve it;
• keep the site and its forms secure; and
• meet our legal obligations.

Self-check assessments

The self-checks are for reflection and personal development. They are not medical, psychological or clinical assessments, and a result is not a diagnosis.

To calculate a result you must agree to us storing your answers. We email your result, with a PDF copy of your report, to the address you give; the form says so before you start. We also email a copy of your submission (your name, email address, answers, scores and the PDF report) to the team at The Stature Group, so that we can see how the self-checks are used and follow up if you ask us to. Your result is not sent to anyone else.

Your result page has a private link with a long, hard-to-guess code. Anyone who has the link can open the result, so please do not share it unless you want to. Authorised staff of The Stature Group can see submissions in a protected administration area.

If you invite someone to give peer feedback, they receive a private link that expires after a set time (30 days unless the self-check says otherwise).

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used (for example clicks, scrolling and anonymised replays of visits). These tools load after the page has finished loading and set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. The Contact page also shows an embedded Google Map, and Google may set cookies when it loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or tell us and we will look at what we can do for you. We do not show advertising and do not use these tools to sell information about you. Please do not put sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in free-text boxes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers to run the site, and they handle your information for us:

• Web3Forms delivers the messages sent through the enquiry form to our inbox.
• Google (Firebase) stores the blog, gallery, self-check and result data and images; Google Analytics measures visits; Google Maps and Google reviews appear on our pages.
• Microsoft provides Clarity.
• Our email provider sends the result emails you ask for.
• Our hosting provider (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) runs the website.
• We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Where your information is processed

Our providers may process information on servers outside India. By using the site and sending us information you understand that it may be transferred to and stored in those places.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and self-check records for as long as we need them for the reason you gave them to us. We do not delete them automatically, so if you want yours removed sooner, just ask (see Your choices).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Self-check answers, results and email records are kept in a protected database that visitors cannot read directly; they can only be reached through our own server, and the administration area needs a sign-in. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you, and you can withdraw a consent you gave. Write to jaspreet@thestaturegroup.com and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can. You also have the rights given by the law that applies to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

The site and the self-checks are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Please also read our Terms of Use.
