Participants receive a personal PRESENCE profile at the start of their engagement mapping their current strengths and development priorities across all seven dimensions.
03. Experiential Learning
Our programs use real-scenario simulations, structured communication practice, and guided reflection so participants build capability through doing, not just listening.
Every session includes at least one live practice exercise with structured feedback, ensuring learning is tested in a safe environment before real-world application.
04. Context-Relevant Experience
Our work draws on deep experience across corporate environments, leadership teams, entrepreneurial settings, academic institutions, and personal milestones allowing us to meet each participant in the context that matters most to them.
Programs are customised to the participant’s specific environment, the language, dynamics, and expectations of their industry or situation are built into the experience
05. Moment-Specific Preparation
Certain moments define trajectories interviews, leadership conversations, networking introductions, client meetings, and significant personal interactions. Our programs are built around these real moments.
Participants identify their three most important upcoming moments at the start of the program. Development is then calibrated to prepare them specifically for those situations.
06. Development That Continues
Participants leave with practical frameworks, reflection tools, and applied insights designed for everyday use ensuring development compounds well beyond the program.
Each participant receives a personalised post-program action guide outlining their key focus areas, daily practices, and a 90-day development intention.
